The group stages end with a bang

Well, we'll wrap things up here - and what a way to wrap things up.

Germany threw everything at this South Korean team, who were far better than we've seen in the first two games.

They were not good enough though and will be joining Brazil in being one of the big favourites to be going home early.

Thanks very much for joining me and Briana over the past few hours.

We hope to catch you again very soon as the knock out stages kick off from Saturday.

I don't think Alexandra Popp will look fondly on this player of the match award

Just a hunch that I have...

From scenes of despair in Brisbane ... to joy in Perth

Morocco have done it.

Their players are celebrating on the pitch at full time knowing they are the first Arabic team to qualify for the knockout phase of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, in their debut tournament.

Amazing stuff.

The big names are falling like flies
This tournament has been bonkers

You can say that again, Anne.

Extraordinary.

Shirt swapping in Perth

-by Briana Fiore in Perth

Both Hanane Aït El Haj and Carolina Arias have swapped shirts in a nice show of sportsmanship.

They both don number 17.

Stunned scenes in Brisbane!

Some Germany players are in tears, hugging each other for some consolation.

Others stand alone in shocked silence.

They cannot believe it.

I don't think I've seen anything like this before.

South Korea are barely celebrating - a lot of them are in tears too.

There's a Germany player squatting on the floor with her hands covering her ears - begging for this nightmare to end - I think it's Marina Hegering.

Extraordinary stuff.

The two-time winners, the number two-ranked team in the world, are out.

Alexandra Popp says enough is enough after a big huddle and tells her team to go around and thank their supporters.

She is stony-faced. No tears are flowing from her eyes - but she looks mighty upset.

FULL TIME: MOROCCO 1-0 COLOMBIA

-by Briana Fiore in Perth

Morocco has won by a goal in Perth tonight, in a game that went right down to the wire.

The Moroccans can be seen dancing and jumping across the pitch following the win.

There’s lots of emotion on the ground with some players even collapsing to floor.

Unbelievable scenes as their tournament hopes stay alive.

The crowd is still cheering on Colombia as they thank spectators.

FULL TIME! GERMANY ARE OUT!
90+16' Still we play on!

The 16th minute of injury time and still Germany press for a winner!

This is incredible.

The tension is palpable in the stands.

Germany supporters are riding every tackle.
