Bert Van Manen asks Anthony Albanese if he had conversations with Alan Joyce or any other Qantas senior executive before making the Qatar Airways decision, and if yes, what dates they took place.
The PM delivers another very brief response by simply saying "no".
Earlier, when asked whether he spoke with Alan Joyce before the Qatar Airways decision was made, he said "I can confirm I met Alan Joyce."
Peter Dutton asks the PM if he had any conversations with the CEO or any senior executive of Virgin Australia regarding the Qatar Airways application before the decision was made.
The PM's response is succinct:
"Yes."
And that's all we got on that.
Pat Conaghan asks the PM if he had "a conversation of any nature" with Alan Joyce prior to the government's decision concerning Qatar Airways.
The question is met with lots of interjection.
The PM responds:
"I can confirm that I have met Alan Joyce, which is basically what the question was. I met - that was what the question was, it wasn't about anything at all. I can confirm I met Alan Joyce."
Treasurer Jim Chalmers says today's Reserve Bank decision to leave the cash rate unchanged at 4.1% is "a third moment of relief and reprieve for many Australians and small businesses".
"We understand that Australians are still under pressure even after this decision today," he says.
"That's why we are working for Australia to roll out billions of dollars in cost-of-living relief in ways that take the edge off inflation rather than add to it. This is our major focus."
Chalmers say Philip Lowe, whose final RBA decision as governor was today, "leaves that role with the government's respect".
Answering a question from Zaneta Mascarenhas on collaboration with other countries in our region, the PM says he will announce a new investment and economic strategy to 2040 at the ASEAN East Asia Summit in Jakarta tomorrow, together with Penny Wong.
Energy Minister Chris Bowen, in answer to a question from Bob Katter, says AEMO is working to make sure Australia will avoid blackouts this summer.
"In fact, AEMO has said there are 3.4 more gigawatts available going into this summer than last summer. More generation available this summer then last summer," he says.
"The bulk of that is renewables, which is a good thing."
Peter Dutton asks the PM how can he "in good conscience" go to a referendum.
Lots of interjections can be heard as the opposition questions government ministers on the Voice to Parliament.
The PM hits back, saying that Dutton's earlier proposal of a second referendum is not wanted either.
"I tell you what, no-one is asking for a second referendum which is his position. No one", the PM says.
He also defends the Uluru Statement from the Heart as "well thought through".
Question time in parliament is in full swing and Anthony Albanese is expected to face more questions on his relationship with Qantas CEO Alan Joyce.
This morning, Joyce announced he would stand down from his role early.
Just over a week ago Joyce was questioned in a Senate hearing on:
