In his final remarks, he tells his supporters November 5 is the most important day in the nation's history.
"After all we have been through together, we stand on the verge of the greatest four years in American history," he says.
"We will restore America's promise and we will take back the nation that we love.
"We are one people, one family, one glorious nation under God.
"We will never give in, we will never give up, we will never back down and we will never, ever surrender.
"Together we will fight, fight, fight and win, win, win."
After almost 90 minutes on stage, he is leaving the stage — to the song YMCA by the Village People.
Donald Trump tells supporters October 7 "never would have happened".

"I will prevent World War 3 very easily, I will prevent it, I know everybody, I know all the players.

He promises to "strengthen and modernise" law enforcement and the military, while building the US its own Iron Dome.
To cheers from the crowd, he says he will remove "critical race theory" and transgender rights, and make it illegal to burn an American flag.
Donald Trump and Republican senator Marco Rubio are claiming on stage that President Joe Biden "just called" Trump supporters "garbage".
Mr Biden was actually referencing recent comments made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at Donald Trump's Madison Square Garden rally.
Mr Hinchcliffe referred to Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage".
Mr Biden was asked about Mr Hinchcliffe's comments during a video call with a Latino voting organisation.
He said "the only garbage" was "the hatred" of Trump supporters who said such things about American citizens.
Mr Trump tells supporters in Pennsylvania: "That's terrible. That's what it says, that's what it says.
"Remember Hillary, she said deplorable, she said irredeemable, right, but then she said deplorable, that didn't work out.
"'Garbage', I think is worse, right? But he doesn't know. Please forgive him, for he not knoweth what he said."
Donald Trump says on his first day of office he will launch "the largest deportation program in American history".
Mass deportation is a repeated campaign promise from Mr Trump.
"I will rescue every city and town that has been invaded and conquered," he says.
"And we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail or we will kick them the hell out."
He's telling the crowd he will envoke "the Alien Enemies Act of 1798".
"1798, that's how far back we have to go," he says.
He adds he will "call for the death penalty" for any migrant to kill an American citizen or law enforcement officer."
The day he takes office, Donald Trump is telling the crowd, migration will stop.
It follows a video played for the Pennsylvania crowd featuring the mother of a 12-year-old girl killed in Texas earlier this year.
Jocelyn Nungaray was allegedly kidnapped and murdered by two Venezuelan migrants.
The crowd is now seeing more videos about alleged gangs entering the US via what Mr Trump says is "an open border".
Donald Trump is urging supporters to continue to vote to keep him from being "embarrassed".
"I'll protect our workers, I'll protect our jobs, I will protect our borders, I will protect our families," he says.
"And I will protect the birthright of our children to live in the richest and most powerful nation on the face of the earth."
He's also accused Kamala Harris of "the most egregious betrayal that any leader in American history".
This is in reference to migration — a controversial subject and one which has been the topic of several conspiracy theories over the course of the campaign.
Statistics show violent crime is actually decreasing in the US, despite Mr Trump arguing increased immigration is causing a crime surge.
"She allowed us to be invaded, this was a massive invasion, of criminals," he says.
"She has violated her oath, eradicated our sovereign border, and unleashed an army of migrant gangs who are waging a war of violence and terror against our citizens.
"It's vicious what's happening, they're killing our people.
"Kamala has imported criminal migrants from prisons and jails, insane asylums and mental institutions from all around the world, from Venezuela to the Congo, oh the Congo."
There is no evidence to support his claims of other nations sending "criminals" to the US.
He has accused other countries of treating the US like "a giant garbage can".
Donald Trump is calling on supporters to stay strong as the final days of the election campaign continue.
He says his supporters have been behind him for almost a decade.
"When you think about it, we've created probably the greatest movement in the history of mankind," he says.
"MAGA, Make America Great Again, there's never been anything like it.
"We never have empty seats, we go to the biggest arenas, Madison Square Garden, everyone says that's so big.
"We could have filled it up six times with all the people trying to get in.
"It's the greatest political movement in the history of our country."
Kamala Harris is finishing up her closing argument speech in Washington, DC.
"Let us fight for this beautiful country we love.
"In seven days, we have the power, each of you has the power to turn the page and start writing the next chapter in the most extraordinary story ever told.
"I thank you all, God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America."
Her husband, Doug Emhoff, joins her on stage and the pair wave to the swathes of people in the crowd.
Donald Trump is now taking aim at former First Lady Michelle Obama, accusing Democrats of being "desperate".
"Michelle Obama was very nasty to me," he tells the Pennsylvania crowd.
"I've gone out of my way to be nice to her ... Never said a bad thing about her when other people didn't like her so much.
"And she hit me the other day because they're desperate.
"She can hit me, she can go and say whatever the hell she wants, if I hit her [the news] goes, 'oh, he's a bully'.
"She shouldn't have done that, that was a mistake."
It is the second time this week Mr Trump has lashed out at Ms Obama, the first time being during his Atlanta rally.
