A Wallaby to watch

Playing under the roof in Dunedin should benefit the dynamic attacking threat of winger Mark Nawaqanitawase - if he can get some clean ball. Nawaqanitawase has shown throughout the Rugby Championship that he can make things happen and brings that fearlessness this side might need in a very open World Cup pool.

For the Wallabies...

Tate McDermott will be yet another Wallabies captain for the year, replacing Allan Alaalatoa, who ruptured his Achilles in last weekend's contest in Melbourne.

The Australians will also be missing Taniela Tupou (ribs) this weekend, leaving Eddie Jones diving deep into his propping stocks. Pone Fa'amausili will get his first start at tighthead in his fifth test, while Zane Nonggorr will make his second test appearance off the bench.

World Cup spots up for grabs?

With the All Blacks announcing their 33-man World Cup squad on Monday evening, this is the last chance players currently in the national team will have to press their claims for a ticket to France.

Add in those players returning from injury through the NPC this weekend, and there will be plenty of attention on the announcement on Monday.

The All Blacks will reveal their team for the weekend at 12.30pm today

From rugby scribe Liam Napier...

The All Blacks are expected to make mass changes for this weekend's game. Here is his predicted squad:

Possible All Blacks team: Will Jordan, Shaun Stevenson, Braydon Ennor, Anton Lienert-Brown, Leicester Fainga’anuku, Damian McKenzie, Finlay Christie, Ardie Savea, Sam Cane, Samipeni Finau, Brodie Retallick, Sam Whitelock, Nepo Laulala, Samisoni Taukei’aho, Tamaiti Williams.

Reserves: Dane Coles, Ofa Tuungafasi, Fletcher Newell, Tupou Vaa’i, Luke Jacobson, Aaron Smith, Richie Mo’unga, Dallas McLeod.
